Description
The DIN 6797 A A2 M5 stainless steel external tooth lock washer is designed to improve grip, maintain tension and prevent nuts and bolts from loosening under vibration or movement. Manufactured from A2 (AISI 304) stainless steel, this external tooth washer provides excellent corrosion resistance for both indoor and outdoor applications. External tooth washers have serrated edges that bite into the mating surface and the underside of the fastener head, creating enhanced friction that helps lock the joint and resist rotation. These washers are widely used in mechanical assemblies, metalwork, automotive components and structural fixings where reliable locking performance is required.
